Corporate fast.  We will fast for 3 days.

Options for FAST

1. Total Fast - No FOOD for 3 days. Water and unsweetened tea only.

2. One meal only for 3 days. NO MEAT OR FISH. Water and unsweetened tea only.

3. Eat veggies only. Water and unsweetened tea only.
